Position Summary
The Molecular Science Liaisons communicate the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to external clients (e.g., physicians, scientists) through face-to-face discussions, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in oncology. Responsibilities include frequent regional travel (~80%). The role gathers and evaluates published literature and attends relevant conferences to stay current on drug/biomarker associations and to enhance the knowledge base of targeted customers in an assigned region.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a conduit of information/feedback between the medical community and Caris Life Sciences to support patient care, new research, clinical trial activities, and therapeutic approaches.
- Present clinical data and educational materials to physician sites and/or conferences (regional or national) as required.
- Promote CMI to physician sites across Europe as required.
- Read and understand scientific and technical literature to maintain therapeutic oncology expertise.
- Assist with related duties and special projects as required.
- Assist in field training for contracted speakers (Caris Speaker’s Bureau).
- Function as a field trainer for the assigned region, extending the Director of Training.
- Participate in regional speaking engagements (e.g., Roundtables, Grand Rounds, Tumor Boards).
- Attend select regional/national tradeshows and participate in sales meetings to present data and educate clients.
- Provide commercial input/review of marketing materials to reflect the current molecular landscape.

Required Qualifications
- M.D. or Ph.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular and cellular biology (or equivalent training/experience).

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior commercial experience (e.g., pharmaceuticals or commercial lab space).
- Strong background in Molecular Oncology.

Required Training & Additional Information
- Job-specific safety and compliance training assigned based on job functions.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
