Role Responsibilities
- Engage Pulmonologists and other key customers within an assigned geography.
- Present clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue and consistently deliver product goals.
- Develop strategy and implement tactics within key accounts in Pulmonary therapeutic areas to generate product utilization.
- Establish and foster relationships with Pulmonary healthcare professionals, including physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, office staff, and patient advocacy support groups.
- Collaborate with regional colleagues and other field/home office teams to proactively address customer needs.
- Analyze market dynamics and trends to develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Participate in initiatives to support sales success (industry congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).

Location/Work Setup
- Field role; Bethesda, MD (representative must reside within the territory).

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience with 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience, including 2+ years selling in the Respiratory market and/or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market (required).
- Advanced clinically based selling skills; results-oriented with a proven track record with product launches.
- Experience in-servicing/training office staff, nurses, and office managers; ability to partner with internal field teams and alliance partners.
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories.
