Responsibilities:
- Engage pulmonologists and other key customers within an assigned geography.
- Present clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue and consistently deliver product goals.
- Develop strategy and implement tactics within key accounts in Pulmonary therapeutic areas to generate product utilization.
- Establish and foster relationships with pulmonary healthcare professionals (physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, office staff) and patient advocacy support groups.
- Collaborate with regional colleagues and other field/home office teams to proactively address customer needs.
- Analyze market dynamics and trends to develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Participate in initiatives supporting sales success (industry congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (required).
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience, including minimum 2 years selling in the Respiratory market and/or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market (required).
- Advanced clinically based selling skills; results oriented with a proven track record of success with product launches.
- Experience in-servicing and training office staff, nurses, and office managers; ability to partner with internal field teams and alliance partners.
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories.
