Medical Specialist (Sales Representative), Pulmonology (MS)
Responsibilities:
- Engage Pulmonologists and key customers within an assigned geography and deliver clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue and consistently meet product goals.
- Develop strategy and implement tactics within key accounts in Pulmonary therapeutic areas to generate product utilization.
- Build and maintain relationships with pulmonary health care professionals (physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, office staff) and patient advocacy support groups.
- Collaborate with regional colleagues and other field/home-office teams to proactively address customer needs.
- Analyze market dynamics and trends to develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Participate in initiatives such as industry congresses, local/regional meetings, and medical conferences.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience (required), including 2+ years selling in the Respiratory market and/or similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market.
- Advanced clinically based selling skills; results-oriented with a proven track record with product launches.
- Experience in-servicing/training office staff, nurses, and office managers; ability to partner with internal field teams and alliance partners.
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories.
- Field role; must reside in the territory (Baltimore, MD area).
Benefits/Compensation:
- Salary range (annually): $143,500.00 - $187,500.00.
