Medical Specialist (Sales Representative), Gastroenterology (MS)
Location: Louisville, KY (Field role)
Responsibilities:
- Engage Gastroenterologists and key customers in an assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue and consistently achieve product goals.
- Demonstrate strong, consistent sales performance that exceeds forecast and expectations.
- Develop strategy and execute tactics within key accounts to generate product utilization.
- Build relationships with Gastroenterologists, experts, nurses, office staff, other healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy support groups.
- Collaborate with district colleagues, alliance counterparts, and other field/home office teams to address customer needs, market dynamics, and trends; develop strategies aligned to brand/corporate objectives.
- Participate in initiatives to support sales success (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).

- Track record with product launches.
- Strong learning aptitude for science; proactive disease-state and treatment knowledge growth.

This Role Requires:
- Bachelorβs degree required; Masterβs degree or advanced certifications a plus.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience, including 2+ years selling in Gastroenterology and/or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market.
- Advanced clinically based selling skills.
- Ability to travel to cover large geographic territories.

Salary Range (annually): $143,500.00 - $187,500.00
