Medical Specialist (Sales Representative), Allergy/ENT (MS)
Responsibilities:
- Engage Allergists and other key customers in an assigned geographic territory; deliver clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue and consistently deliver product goals.
- Demonstrate strong, consistent sales performance exceeding forecast and expectations related to product goals.
- Develop strategy and execute tactics within key allergists in Dermatology and Respiratory therapeutic areas to generate product utilization.
- Build relationships with Allergists, nurses, office staff, other healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy support groups.
- Collaborate with district colleagues and field/home office teams to address customer needs, market dynamics, trends, and develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives.
- Participate in and help lead sales initiatives (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).
- Execute in a compliant manner with high integrity, following all policies and procedures for promotion of pharmaceutical/biologic products in the US.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- Required: Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred: Master’s degree and/or other advanced education/certifications.
- Required: 5+ years specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience, including 2+ years selling in Dermatology or Respiratory markets and/or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market.
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories.
Skills/Experience:
- Advanced clinically based selling skills.
- Proven success delivering consistent performance in complex markets; results-oriented with product launch experience.
- Strong science/disease-state learning aptitude.
- Experience in-servicing and training office staff, nurses, and office managers.
- Ability to partner/collaborate with internal field teams and alliance partners.

Salary Range (annually):
- $143,500.00 - $187,500.00
