Role Responsibilities
- Engage Allergists, Otorhinolaryngologists (ENT) and other key customers in an assigned geographic territory; deliver clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue and consistently meet product goals.
- Demonstrate strong, consistent sales performance that exceeds forecast and expectations while operating in a compliant manner with high integrity.
- Develop strategy and execute tactics within key accounts in Allergy and Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) to generate product utilization.
- Build strong working relationships with Allergy/ENT experts and clinicians, as well as nurses, office staff, other healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy support groups.
- Collaborate with district colleagues and other field/home office teams to address customer needs, market dynamics, and trends; develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Participate in and help lead sales initiatives (e.g., industry congresses and medical conferences).

- Field role: New Brunswick, NJ (Flemington, Bridgewater, Princeton, East Brunswick)
Qualifications / Required Skills
- Bachelorโs degree required; Masterโs degree or advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 2 years selling in Allergy/ENT/Dermatology and/or a similar subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market.
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories.
Preferred / Relevant Skills
- Advanced clinically based selling skills.
- Proven track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets and success with product launches.
- Passion for science; proactive learning about disease state, treatment options, and healthcare trends.
- Experience in-servicing and training office staff, nurses, and office managers.
- Ability to partner with internal field teams and alliance partners.
