Job Summary
- Field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) supporting ARS products and therapeutic areas by advancing scientific relationships, enabling timely knowledge exchange with external healthcare communities and internal stakeholders, educating on science and safe/appropriate product use, and supporting medical-scientific knowledge generation and special projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Acquire/maintain medical-scientific knowledge; interpret and disseminate balanced clinical/scientific/health-economic data; gather and evaluate new information.
- Lead KOL identification, cultivation, integration, and relationship management to support commercial objectives; generate medical evidence and initiatives (e.g., research, CME).
- Provide medical education and disseminate balanced information to internal teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, R&D, Sales) and external audiences (HCPs, consumers, patient organizations, distributors).
- Support Investigator Study (IIS) program: respond to unsolicited requests, provide interest/high-level information, and monitor/communicate IIS progress.

Education & Experience (Preferred)
- PharmD/Doctoral degree in medical/scientific field.
- RN/MSN or similar advanced degree with strong relevant experience.
- 3–5 years in pharma/biotech.
- Allergy/immunology experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Required/Preferred)
- Travel 60–75% (overnights/weekends as needed); remote/independent work.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills; relationship-building; credible, respectful style.
- Ability to organize/prioritize in a dynamic field-based environment; strong presentation and writing skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $180,000–$220,000; discretionary annual performance bonus eligibility.
- Eligible for equity and 401(k) matching; 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental & Vision.

Role Location/Travel
- Candidates must reside in California; territory includes CA, NV, UT, ID, OR, WA, AK, and HI.
