Position Overview:
- The MSL is responsible for providing medical and scientific information on the appropriate utilization of ADCTโ€™s product. Serves as an expert in therapeutic area and disease state and supports the marketed product and pipeline portfolio. Field-based role collecting field insights to inform Medical Affairs objectives.

Territory:
- Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID, AK)

What youโ€™ll do:
- Provide healthcare professionals (HCPs) credible, balanced, scientific information about ADCT, its product, pipeline, research activities, and product development.
- Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in the field.
- Develop territory plans and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and HCPs.
- Maintain medical expertise and strong understanding of hematology/oncology clinical practice.
- Cover sessions and collect insights at scientific congresses.
- Demonstrate competencies in scientific information (disease state, therapeutic landscape, clinical data, mechanism of action, RWE).
- Maintain highest ethical and professional standards and comply with relevant guidelines.
- Collaborate with functional leaders and project teams; ensure cross-functional alignment with stakeholders.

Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD or PhD) preferred.
- MSL experience required.
- Previous hematology oncology experience preferred.
- Proven ability to create and sustain relationships with industry leaders.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of PhRMA, OIG, and other relevant guidelines.
- Understanding of the clinical development process and ICH-GCP.

Additional information:
- Field-based role within the pre-specified territory.
- Travel approximately 50โ€“60% of the time.
