Responsibilities:
- Engage in clinically meaningful scientific discussions with thought leaders/HCPs in gynecological oncology and other malignancies to advance knowledge of Corcept and glucocorticoid receptor antagonism in oncology.
- Support products via HCP communication and education through in-depth scientific presentations; respond to HCP medical inquiries timely and accurately.
- Exchange non-clinical/clinical trial data; ask thoughtful questions and challenge internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with thought leaders, patient advocacy organizations, and oncology associations.
- Capture/analyze/communicate medical-scientific insights in a compliant manner.
- Support clinical trials (company-sponsored and IIS), scientific communications/publications, education, advisory boards, and congresses.
- Maintain high standards of scientific/clinical/technical expertise; critically review literature and provide evidence-based insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Clinical Development, Operations, Market Access, Marketing, Commercial, Data Analytics, etc.).
- Attend medical conferences/ad boards; strategically identify KOLs.
- Maintain territory plan for Southeast territory (TN, AL, GA, SC). Travel ~50–70%.
Qualifications/Skills (Preferred):
- Strong oncology acumen (NCCN, clinical trial data, cooperative groups, NCI/NCCN cancer centers).
- Business/project management skills; change management/adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills; feedback/quality improvement.
- Proficient with PowerPoint/Word/Excel; Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault and SharePoint/Box preferred.
- Driving record compliant with company vehicle policy.
Education/Experience (Preferred):
- Advanced degree in clinical/medical science (PhD, MD, PharmD, MSN, PA, NP) required.
- 1–3+ years MSL experience; 2+ years oncology experience.
Compensation:
- Pay range: $160,000–$220,000.
