Responsibilities:
- Model and promote Corcept principles (collaborating effectively, embracing possibilities, following the data, leading by doing) to build accountability, innovation, and trust
- Engage in clinically meaningful scientific discussions with thought leaders and HCPs in gynecologic oncology and other malignancies
- Provide product support through HCP communication and education via scientific presentations
- Respond to medical inquiries from HCPs in a timely, scientifically accurate manner
- Exchange and discuss non-clinical/clinical trial data; consistently ask thoughtful questions and challenge stakeholders
- Build relationships with thought leaders, patient advocacy organizations, and oncology associations (e.g., GOG, ASCO)
- Capture, analyze, and communicate compliant insights to inform Corcept decisions
- Support clinical trials (company-sponsored and IIS), scientific communications, publications, education, advisory boards, and congresses
- Maintain high scientific/clinical/technical expertise; critically review literature and provide evidence-based insights
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functionally (Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Market Access, Marketing, Commercial, Data Analytics)
- Attend medical conferences and strategically identify KOLs for ad boards
- Maintain and adapt territory plan; travel ~50–70%
Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Proficiencies:
- Strong oncology acumen (therapeutic landscapes, NCCN guidelines, trial data, cooperative groups, NCI/NCCN centers)
- Core competencies: intellectual curiosity, change management, teamwork, communication, results, decision-making
- Business acumen across drug development functions; project management; interpersonal/communication skills
- Strong PowerPoint/Word/Excel; experience with Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault; SharePoint/BOX preferred
- Driving record per company vehicle policy
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Advanced degree in clinical/medical science (PhD, MD, PharmD, MSN, PA, NP) required
- 1–3+ years MSL experience; 2+ years oncology experience
