Responsibilities:
- Model and promote key principles: collaborating effectively, embracing possibilities, following the data, leading by doing.
- Engage in clinically meaningful scientific discussions with thought leaders and HCPs in gynecological oncology and other malignancies.
- Support Corcept products via HCP communication and education through in-depth scientific presentations.
- Respond to medical inquiries from HCPs in a timely, scientifically accurate manner.
- Exchange scientific information on non-clinical and clinical trial data; ask thoughtful questions and challenge stakeholders.
- Build relationships with thought leaders, patient advocacy organizations, and oncology associations.
- Capture, analyze, and communicate compliant insights and intelligence to inform company decisions.
- Support clinical trials (company-sponsored and IIS), scientific communications, publications, education, advisory boards, and congresses.
- Maintain high standards of scientific/clinical/technical expertise; critically review literature and provide evidence-based insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Medical Affairs and other oncology functions.
- Attend medical conferences and strategically identify KOLs.
- Maintain and adapt territory plan; travel ~50–70%.
Qualifications / Preferred Skills:
- Strong oncology acumen (therapeutic landscapes, NCCN guidelines, clinical trial data, cooperative groups, NCI/NCCN cancer centers).
- Business acumen across drug development functions; project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; accuracy/detail-oriented.
- Preferred: Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault and SharePoint/Box.
- Must maintain a driving record per company vehicle policy.
Education/Experience:
- Advanced degree in clinical/medical science (PhD, MD, PharmD, MSN, PA, NP) required.
- 1–3+ years MSL experience; 2+ years oncology experience.
