Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and other key stakeholders in Women’s Health.
- Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in Women’s Health.
- Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue on Organon’s products consistent with company policies.
- Collaborate on scientific communication plan and medical-to-medical materials; facilitate research collaborations (e.g., investigator-initiated trials) and work with Clinical Development on investigator selection and site performance/recruitment.
- Assist with scientific training for Commercial and internal colleagues using approved materials.
- Provide scientific expertise/support for speaker training and advisory boards, as requested.
- Represent Organon at national and regional medical meetings; support Medical Information booth activities as needed; cultivate scientific exchange with HCPs.
- Respond to unsolicited requests for medical information per policies and procedures.
Required Education & Experience:
- PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent.
- 5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Women’s Health experience preferred.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to build long-term relationships with HCPs and organizations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (one-on-one and group); experienced presenter to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to identify medical engagement opportunities and drive scientific engagement goals.
- Understanding of clinical research methodologies; ability to evaluate and translate scientific material.
- Travel up to ~50% as appropriate.
- Self-starter; comfortable with fast-paced change; results-oriented; able to overcome ambiguity.
- Manage multiple programs, prioritize, and work independently; strong written and oral communication.
