Position: Medical Science Liaison (field-based)
Territory: ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY

Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and other key stakeholders in Womenโ€™s Health.
- Maintain Womenโ€™s Health clinical, scientific, and technical expertise.
- Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue on Organon products with HCPs, academic institutions, clinical investigators, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate on the scientific communication plan, medical-to-medical materials, and research; facilitate research collaborations (e.g., investigator-initiated trials) and work with Clinical Development on investigator selection and site performance/recruitment.
- Assist in scientific training for Commercial and other internal colleagues using approved materials.
- Provide scientific expertise for speaker training and advisory boards as requested.
- Represent Organon at national and regional medical meetings; support Medical Information booth activities as needed; cultivate relationships and scientific exchange.
- Respond to unsolicited requests for medical information in accordance with policies and document requests.

Required/Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent education.
- Five years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Womenโ€™s Health experience preferred.
- Strong relationship-building skills with HCPs and organizations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; experienced presenting to broad audiences including senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to identify medical engagement opportunities and drive scientific engagement goals.
- Knowledge of clinical research methodologies; ability to evaluate and translate scientific material credibly.
- Travel locally/regionally/nationally up to ~50% when appropriate.
- Self-starter; adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple programs, prioritize, and work independently; overcome ambiguity.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
