Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in Women’s Health.
- Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue on Organon products with HCPs, academic institutions, clinical investigators, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate on scientific communication plans, medical-to-medical materials, and research (including investigator-initiated trials) and work with Clinical Development on investigator selection and site performance/recruitment.
- Assist in scientific training for Commercial and other internal colleagues using approved materials.
- Provide scientific expertise/support for speaker training and advisory boards, as requested.
- Represent the company at national and regional medical meetings; support Medical Information booth activities as needed.
- Respond to unsolicited requests for medical information in accordance with policies and procedures.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent.
- Five years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with HCPs and organizations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify medical engagement opportunities and drive scientific engagement goals.
- Knowledge of clinical research methodologies; ability to evaluate and translate scientific material independently.
- Travel up to ~50% as appropriate.
- Women’s Health experience is preferred.
- Highly motivated self-starter; adaptable to fast-paced, changing business.
- Ability to manage multiple programs, prioritize, work independently, overcome ambiguity, and challenge the status quo.
