Position: Medical Science Liaison (field-based)

Territory: ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY

Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and key stakeholders.
- Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in Women’s Health.
- Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue consistent with company policies.
- Collaborate on the scientific communication plan, medical-to-medical materials, and research; support investigator-initiated trials and work with Clinical Development on investigator selection and site performance/recruitment.
- Assist in scientific training for Commercial and other internal colleagues using approved materials.
- Provide scientific expertise for speaker training and advisory boards (as requested).
- Represent the company at national and regional medical meetings; support Medical Information booth activities as needed; capture insights from HCPs.
- Respond to unsolicited medical information requests while following policies and documenting requests.

Required Qualifications:
- PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent.
- Five years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Women’s Health experience preferred.
- Ability to build strong long-term relationships with HCPs and decision makers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify and drive medical engagement goals.
- Understanding of clinical research methodologies; ability to evaluate and translate scientific material.
- Travel up to ~50% (local/regional/national) as appropriate.
- Self-starter; works well in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage multiple competing timelines and work independently.
- Strong written/oral communication; experienced presenter to senior stakeholders.

Travel/Compliance:
- Must satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements (including vaccination prerequisites).
