Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and other key stakeholders in assigned therapy area/geography.
- Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in Womenβs Health.
- Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with HCPs, academic institutions, clinical investigators, and stakeholders in line with company policies.
- Collaborate on scientific communication plans, medical-to-medical materials, and research; facilitate research collaborations (e.g., investigator-initiated trials) and work with Clinical Development on investigator selection and site performance/recruitment.
- Assist with scientific training for Commercial and internal colleagues using approved materials.
- Provide scientific expertise/support for speaker training and advisory boards (as requested).
- Represent the company at national and regional medical meetings to drive awareness, support medical information booth activities (as needed), cultivate relationships, and share real-world insights.
- Respond to unsolicited requests for medical information while adhering to policies and documenting requests.
Required/Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent education.
- Five years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Womenβs Health experience preferred.
- Ability to develop/maintain strong long-term relationships with HCPs and organizations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (one-on-one and group); strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify medical engagement opportunities and drive scientific engagement goals/objectives.
- Understanding of clinical research methodologies; ability to evaluate and translate scientific material credibly.
- Travel up to ~50% (local/regional/national, when appropriate).
- Highly motivated self-starter; entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment; deliver results; manage ambiguity.
- Ability to manage multiple programs with competing timelines; prioritize and work independently.
- Strong written/oral communication; experienced presenting to broad audiences including senior stakeholders.
