Position Overview
- Field-based Medical Science Liaison providing medical and scientific support for Organon’s Women’s Health programs, including scientific exchange, investigator identification, balanced medical/scientific inquiry responses, clinical support, and regional/national data presentations.
- Territory: ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY

Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in Women’s Health.
- Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue consistent with company policies.
- Collaborate on scientific communication plans, medical-to-medical materials, and research (e.g., investigator-initiated trials and investigator selection/site recruitment with Clinical Development).
- Assist in scientific training for internal colleagues using approved materials.
- Provide scientific expertise for speaker training and advisory boards.
- Represent the company at national/regional medical meetings and support Medical Information booth activities.
- Respond to unsolicited medical information requests per policies and document inquiries.

Required Education/Experience/Skills
- PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent.
- 5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Women’s Health experience preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify medical engagement opportunities and drive scientific engagement goals.
- Understanding of clinical research methodologies; ability to evaluate/translate scientific material independently.
- Travel up to ~50% (when appropriate); may be required to satisfy travel/credentialing and vaccination prerequisites.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit; able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate in ambiguity.
- Excellent written and oral communication, including to senior stakeholders.
