Position Summary
The Medical Science Liaison is a field-based professional providing medical and scientific support for Organon’s Women’s Health programs.
Territory: ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY

Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain long-term collaborations with HCPs, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain Women’s Health clinical, scientific, and technical expertise.
- Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with HCPs, academic institutions, clinical investigators, and stakeholders per company policies.
- Collaborate on scientific communication plans and medical-to-medical materials; support research collaborations (e.g., investigator-initiated trials) and work with Clinical Development on investigator/site selection and performance.
- Assist in scientific training for Commercial and internal colleagues using approved materials.
- Provide scientific support for speaker training and advisory boards.
- Represent the company at national and regional medical meetings; support Medical Information booth activities as needed.
- Respond to unsolicited medical information requests following policies and document requests.

Required/Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent.
- 5 years clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Women’s Health experience preferred.
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to set and drive medical engagement goals; understand clinical research methodologies and translate scientific material.
- Travel locally/regionally/nationally up to ~50% (when appropriate).
- Strong written/oral communication, including to senior stakeholders; able to manage multiple programs and work independently.
