Medical Science Liaison (MSL) — Northeast Territory (MA, CT, ME, NH, VT, RI, NJ) (field/remote)
Responsibilities:
- Develop peer-level relationships with medical/scientific experts, including healthcare professionals and managed markets customers.
- Deliver clinically differentiating clinical/scientific information; provide clinical support and present regional/national data.
- Provide actionable information to internal stakeholders to enhance value and appropriate use of Amneal products.
- Respond to customer inquiries with focused, balanced clinical/scientific information.
- Train and mentor within the therapeutic area (performance guidance and coaching).
Additional responsibilities:
- Adhere to internal standard processes and comply with regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Maintain expertise in disease state management, emerging therapies, and the competitive landscape.
- Demonstrate project leadership and management across the field team and therapeutic area.
Qualifications:
- Education (Required): Doctorate/advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) in biological sciences; neuroscience preferred.
- Experience (Required): 5+ years industry or relevant postdoctoral/clinical experience in biological sciences, pharmacology, or medicine; neurology experience preferred.
- Specialized skills: Access scientific/clinical information resources; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Compensation/Benefits:
- Base salary: $155,000–$165,000/year; plus potential short-term incentive (bonus/performance award) within first 12 months.
- Eligible benefits include competitive health/insurance and significant 401(k) matching.
