Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Neuropsychiatry (CT, W. MA, RT, VT)
Responsibilities:
- Identify disease/product medical needs in assigned geography; develop/maintain relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs) and HCPs.
- Provide scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR-related information through 1:1s, group presentations, and remote interactions.
- Present accurate, compliant scientific information; respond to TL/HCP questions.
- Assess the medical landscape and continuously update knowledge (treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, HEOR).
- Identify partnership opportunities with HCPs (disease initiatives, collaborative research, ISR) aligned to company objectives.
- Attend congresses/meetings; collect and communicate medical insights to internal teams.
- Develop Field Medical and TL Interaction plans; contribute to cross-functional institution/account plans.
- Support cross-matrix field team collaboration; provide internal training and scientific updates.
- Provide scientific support at promotional meetings and assigned congress activities.
- Support interventional and non-interventional clinical trial activities (site identification, feasibility recommendations, ISR execution/follow-up, pharmacovigilance awareness, CRO study support).
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in medical/biosciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP, PA-C, etc.) AND 3–5 years MSL or clinical practice experience.
- Current MSL or clinical practice experience in psychiatry/mental health/schizophrenia with a track record of successful collegial relationships.
Knowledge/Experience Desired:
- Disease/clinical publication knowledge; competitive landscape/patient trends; clinical trial design; national healthcare/access environment; HEOR concepts.
- Minimum 3–5 years MSL/clinical practice; independent/team skills; peer-to-peer relationship building; strong communication/presentation; quick learning.
Essential/Travel:
- Ability to drive a company-provided car; ethical, safe driving.
- Field-based; live within territory or within 50 miles; majority time with external customers.

- US$166,090–$201,262 field (plus possible incentive cash/stock based on eligibility).
