Field-based MSL (covering Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota).

Responsibilities:
- Identify/develop peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs and HCPs; execute territory plans aligned with US Medical Affairs.
- Share key clinical/research insights from KOLs with internal departments.
- Deliver medical education via on-site presentations, investigator meetings, national conferences, advisory boards, and regional meetings.
- Provide scientific support for medical congress staffing, advisory boards, and sales training.
- Maintain expert-level, up-to-date knowledge of therapy area and Jazz products; establish trust as a scientific/medical resource.
- Provide clinical presentations and respond to unsolicited questions (as appropriate).
- Communicate emerging data and product clinical experience objectively.
- Support data generation activities (company-sponsored studies, collaboration studies, ISTs).
- Contribute to US Medical Plan and local strategies; manage relevant budget when needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support Key Account Management.
- Document/forward adverse events and product complaints; adhere to national/local Codes of Practice and act ethically.

Required:
- Neuro-oncology experience; ability to analyze/communicate complex medical data.
- Clear communication/presentation; strong planning/organization; strategic mindset; autonomy; adaptability; negotiation.
- Interpersonal relationship-building; digital tools competency; English proficiency.
- Travel 60%+ (driving required).

Preferred:
- Prior MSL experience with success; knowledge of healthcare geography/experts; proven KOL relationship-building; understanding regulatory requirements.

Education/Licenses:
- PharmD/MD/PhD (or equivalent) + 3+ years neuro-oncology; OR RN/NP/CNP/PA (or equivalent) + Master’s + 5+ years clinical practice.
- 2+ years as MSL or comparable industry/clinical role.
- Willing to travel 60–70%; valid driver’s license; live within 60 miles of a major airport.
