Responsibilities:
- Serve as field-based medical expert for Telix’s neuro-oncology portfolio across pre-launch, launch, and early post-launch activities.
- Build peer-to-peer relationships with experts in neuro-oncology, radiation oncology, neuroradiology, nuclear medicine, and related disciplines.
- Execute Medical Affairs field activities aligned to the strategic launch plan.
- Support clinical trial site engagement, recruitment, and subject retention.
- Deliver high-caliber presentations on pipeline and clinical data; provide payer-facing scientific presentations.
- Create and review compliant scientific/medical/payer decks with Medical Communications, Market Access, and cross-functional partners.
- Collect, document, synthesize, and communicate actionable medical insights and field intelligence to inform strategy.
- Track and communicate MSL performance metrics (KOL engagement quality, insight outcomes, medical education impact, compliant activities, and trial support).
- Attend medical/scientific meetings; provide congress coverage and post-congress reports.
- Facilitate Medical Education grants and Investigator-Initiated Research submissions.
- Support cross-functional colleagues; participate in advisory boards, publication planning, investigator meetings, and forums.
- Lead priority projects assigned by Medical Affairs leadership.
Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific/healthcare/medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, RN) required.
- 3+ years of neuro-oncology MSL experience.
- Strongly preferred: product launch or early post-launch Medical Affairs experience.
- Preferred: radiopharmaceutical neuro-oncology; experience with neuro-oncology imaging (PET, MRI), molecular imaging, diagnostic imaging agents, or imaging biomarkers.
- Preferred: experience supporting Investigator-Initiated Research (IITs), medical education grants, and evidence-generation initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent verbal/written communication.
- Ability to interpret scientific data, and use defined MSL performance indicators.
- Valid driver’s license; travel up to 75%.
