The Medical Science Liaison (MSL/Sr. MSL) of US Medical Affairs Solid Tumor Gynecologic Oncology is responsible for developing and enhancing professional relationships with medical thought leaders to support Genmab approved products and products in clinical development, providing scientific/clinical information via fair-balanced exchange, and executing field medical activities with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and maintain relationships with HCPs in academic and community centers in the assigned territory
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies
- Provide insights/feedback on emerging scientific/clinical data to support compliant product use
- Present appropriate clinical/scientific information in response to unsolicited requests (as appropriate)
- Provide medical/scientific education on disease state and Genmab products
- Support product launches through HCP education for safe medicine use
- Serve as primary point of contact for investigator sponsored trials (ISTs) from submission through activation/completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams; drive engagement of HCPs in Genmab-sponsored trials
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, treatment trends, clinical trials, and scientific activities
- Support pre-, peri-, and post-launch activities with commercial partners (as appropriate)
- Support execution/planning of advisory boards
- Represent Genmab at select medical/scientific conferences

Requirements:
- Advanced degree in health-related field (PharmD, PhD, or MD) strongly preferred; NP/PA with extensive oncology MSL experience considered
- At least 2 years MSL/Medical Affairs experience in Oncology/Solid Tumor preferred
- Strong knowledge/experience of healthcare and access environments
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
- Preferred product launch experience
- Excellent communication/presentation, integrity, teamwork, customer focus
- Ability to organize/prioritize in a constantly changing environment
- Strong compliance knowledge (FDA, OIG, ICH, GCP, PhRMA Code, HIPAA and related regulations)
- Demonstrated technical acumen (MS Office; multiple business applications)
