The Medical Science Liaison (MSL/Sr. MSL) – US Medical Affairs Solid Tumor Gynecologic Oncology is responsible for developing/enhancing relationships with medical thought leaders to support approved products and those in clinical development. Provides fair-balanced scientific exchange and supports new product launch excellence. Executes field medical activities and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure differentiated customer experience and optimal patient outcomes.

Domestic Travel: ~50% required. Territory: Southeast (Florida and Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities:
- Identify key thought leaders and maintain relationships with HCPs in academic/community centers within assigned territory
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with regional/national Medical Affairs strategies
- Provide insights/feedback on emerging scientific/clinical data to support appropriate, compliant product use
- Present fair and balanced clinical/scientific information in response to unsolicited requests (as appropriate)
- Provide medical/scientific education on disease state and Genmab products
- Support product launches via HCP education for safe medicine use
- Serve as primary contact for investigator sponsored trials (ISTs) from submission through review/approval to activation/completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams; drive HCP engagement in Genmab-sponsored trials
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, clinical trends, trials, and scientific activities
- Act as scientific resource to commercial partners (as appropriate) for pre-/peri-/post-launch activities
- Support advisory board planning/execution
- Represent Genmab at select medical/scientific conferences/meetings

Requirements:
- Advanced degree in health-related field (PharmD, PhD, or MD) strongly preferred; clinical background (e.g., NP/PA) and extensive oncology MSL experience considered
- At least 2 years MSL/Medical Affairs experience in Oncology/Solid Tumor focus preferred
- Strong knowledge/experience of healthcare and access environments
- Proven independent and cross-functional capability in a highly matrixed environment
- Preferred: product launch experience or success as product/therapeutic point
- Excellent interpersonal communication/presentation skills; integrity, teamwork, and customer focus
- Ability to organize/prioritize and work effectively in a changing environment
- Strong compliance knowledge; adherence to corporate compliance policies (FDA, OIG, ICH, GCP, PhRMA Code, HIPAA and related regulations)
- Demonstrated technical acumen (MS Office; ability to adopt business applications).
