Position: Medical Science Liaison, Immunology - Admilparant (Field - VA)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic/community research thought leaders, appropriate HCPs, and access stakeholders to answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions.
- Use multiple channels (1:1, group presentations, remote, etc.) to present accurate, compliant medical information and respond to questions.
- Assess the medical landscape by meeting with TLs/HCPs/Access Stakeholders; continuously update knowledge on treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, and HEOR.
- Understand the competitive landscape and evolving healthcare models; identify partnership opportunities with HCPs (disease state initiatives, collaborative research, ISR) aligned with BMS objectives.
- Attend medical congresses and local/regional meetings; collect and communicate medical insights to support strategy and business decisions.
- Develop geography-specific Field Medical and TL interaction plans; contribute to institution/account planning and scientifically meaningful medical programs/projects.
- Establish customer-centric, compliant collaboration with cross-matrix field teams; provide product/scientific training and internal updates; support promotional meetings.
- Support clinical trial activities (interventional/non-interventional) including site identification/feasibility recommendations, ISR support, pharmacovigilance document understanding, AE alerting, and CRO-sponsored study support.

Position Requirements
- MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP with relevant pharmaceutical experience; disease area knowledge and understanding of scientific publications.
- Knowledge of clinical trial design/process, national healthcare/access environment, HEOR core concepts; excellent spoken/written English.

Experience Desired
- Minimum 2 years in clinical/pharmaceutical environment; prior MSL experience; independent/team work; ability to translate scientific/clinical data; strong communication/presentation; peer-to-peer relationship building; quick learning.
- Ability to drive a company-provided car; safe driving/ethics integrity.

Travel Requirement
- Travel required; field-based role (live in territory or within 50 miles).

Compensation/Benefits
- Field (United States): $166,090–$201,262. Benefits include health coverage, wellbeing support, financial protection (e.g., 401(k), disability, life/accident insurance). Paid time off varies by employee status.
