Position: Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Immunology (Field β N. FL, S. GA)
Responsibilities
- Identify disease/product medical needs in assigned geography; develop/maintain relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs), HCPs, and access stakeholders.
- Conduct meaningful scientific exchange to support patient access, safe/appropriate use, and peer-to-peer discussions aligned to medical strategies.
- Answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions via 1:1, group presentations, and remote activities; present and respond with medical accuracy and compliance.
- Assess medical landscape; stay current on treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, and HEOR.
- Partner with HCPs on disease initiatives, collaborative research, and investigator-sponsored research (ISR); attend medical congresses/meetings.
- Develop geography-specific medical/TL interaction plans; contribute to cross-functional institution/account plans and medical programs.
- Provide medical support/training to internal stakeholders; support promotional meetings.
- Support clinical trial activities: site identification/feasibility, ISR submission/execution follow-up, pharmacovigilance document adherence, and CRO-sponsored study support.
Position Requirements
- MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP with relevant pharmaceutical experience and disease area/broad medical background.
- Disease area knowledge/publications, clinical trial design/process, national healthcare/access environment, and HEOR core concepts.
- Excellent spoken/written English.
Experience Desired
- 2+ years in clinical/pharmaceutical environment; prior MSL experience; independent/team skills; translate data for physicians; peer-to-peer relationship building; strong communication.
Essential Qualification & Travel
- Ability to drive a company-provided car; safe driving/ethics.
- Travel required; live in/within 50 miles of territory; majority of time in field.
