Position: Medical Science Liaison, Immunology (Admilparant)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic/community research thought leaders, appropriate HCPs, and access stakeholders within a defined geography to answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions.
- Use various interaction channels (1:1, group presentations, remote) and use scientific resources/presentations.
- Present information to TL/HCPs and respond to questions with medical accuracy and compliance with ethical/legal guidelines.
- Assess the medical landscape by meeting with TL/HCPs/access stakeholders; update knowledge on treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, HEOR, and scientific activities.
- Understand competitive landscape and prepare to address customer informational needs.
- Identify partnership opportunities with HCPs on disease state initiatives, collaborative research, and investigator sponsored research (ISR) aligned with BMS objectives.
- Attend medical congresses and local/regional meetings; collect and communicate medical insights to support strategy and business decisions.
- Develop geography-specific Field Medical/TL interaction plans; contribute to institution/account plans and delivery of medical programs/projects.
- Establish customer-centric, compliant collaboration with cross-matrix field teams; support product/scientific training and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
- Provide scientific support at promotional meetings and participate in Congress activities.
- Support interventional and non-interventional research: site identification/assessment, feasibility input, ISR submission/execution, ensure pharmacovigilance document understanding and AE reporting, and support CRO-sponsored studies.

Position Requirements
- MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, NP with disease-area experience or broad medical background and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Knowledge of disease area/scientific publications; clinical/scientific area, competitive landscape, patient trends; clinical trial design/process; national healthcare/access environment; HEOR concepts; excellent English.

Experience Desired
- 2+ years in clinical and/or pharmaceutical environment; prior MSL experience.
- Independent/team-oriented; translate data for physicians; strong communication/presentation; peer-to-peer relationships; rapid learning; demonstrate BMS Values.

Essential Qualification
- Ability to drive a company-provided car; safe driving history.

Travel Requirement
- Travel required; field-based; live in territory managed or within 50 miles.

Compensation Overview
- Field (US): $166,090–$201,262 (FTE). Additional incentive cash/stock may be available (eligibility-based).
