Medical Science Liaison (MSL) β€” field-based covering the Northeast (NY, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, and ME).

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs and HCPs in hematology/oncology.
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned to US Medical Affairs.
- Identify/communicate key clinical and research issues from KOLs to internal departments.
- Support medical education via on-site presentations, investigator meetings, national conferences, advisory boards, and regional meetings.
- Provide support for medical congress staffing and advisory boards.
- Maintain advanced therapy area/product knowledge and scientific authority.
- Provide clinical presentations and information in response to unsolicited questions (as appropriate).
- Communicate emerging data objectively through scientific exchange.
- Contribute to the US Medical Plan and input local strategies; manage relevant budget where needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support Key Account Management.
- Document and forward adverse events and product complaints per policy; adhere to Codes of Practice; act ethically.

Required:
- Advanced degree (PharmD/MD/PhD or equivalent) with 3+ years in hematologic malignancies.
- OR license (RN/NP/CNP/PA or equivalent) + Master’s (or equivalent) + 5+ years hematologic malignancies.
- 2+ years MSL (or comparable) experience.
- Ability to analyze/communicate complex scientific information; clear communication/presentation.
- Strong planning/organization, strategic mindset, autonomy, flexibility, negotiation, relationship-building.
- Strong digital tool/platform capabilities; excellent spoken English.
- Travel ~60%, valid driver’s license, and live near a major airport.

Preferred:
- Knowledge of geography/healthcare environment and academic/medical community.
- Demonstrated trust-building with opinion leaders; understanding of regulatory requirements for field-based personnel.

Benefits/compensation (US-based): Base pay range $160,000–$240,000; may be eligible for annual cash/incentive compensation and discretionary equity; medical/dental/vision, 401k, and flexible paid vacation.
