Medical Science Liaison (MSL) β€” field-based position covering the Northeast (NY, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME).

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs and HCPs in hematology/oncology; execute territory plans aligned with US Medical Affairs.
- Identify/communicate key clinical & research issues from KOLs to appropriate departments.
- Deliver medical education for HCPs via on-site presentations, investigator meetings, national conferences, advisory boards, or regional meetings.
- Provide support for medical congress staffing and advisory boards.
- Maintain high-level therapy-area and product knowledge; establish credibility as a scientific/medical resource.
- Provide clinical presentations and scientific exchange; discuss benefits/risks objectively.
- Contribute to development of the US Medical Plan; provide input on local strategies/tactics.
- Where needed, manage relevant budget; collaborate cross-functionally to support Key Account Management.
- Document/adjudicate adverse events and product complaints per policy; adhere to national/local Codes of Practice; act with integrity.

Required Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PharmD/MD/PhD or equivalent) with 3+ years hematologic malignancies.
- OR license (RN/NP/CNP/PA or equivalent) with master’s (or equivalent) and 5+ years hematologic malignancies.
- 2+ years MSL or comparable industry/clinical role.
- Willing to travel ~60%; valid driver’s license; live near a major airport.

Preferred:
- Knowledge of healthcare environment and external experts; trust-building with opinion leaders; understanding of regulatory requirements for field-based personnel.

Compensation/Benefits (US):
- Base pay range: $160,000–$240,000.
- Potential discretionary cash bonus/incentive and discretionary equity grants.
