Medical Science Liaison (MSL) β Northeast (NY, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME)
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop peer-to-peer relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and HCPs in hematology/oncology
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with US Medical Affairs
- Identify and communicate key clinical/research insights from KOLs to appropriate departments
- Support medical education via on-site presentations, investigator meetings, national conferences, advisory boards, and regional meetings
- Support field activities including medical congress staffing and advisory boards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the therapy area, Jazz products, research trends, and competitive landscape
- Establish credibility as a trustworthy scientific/medical information source
- Support Jazz as a scientific authority; attend scientific congresses to support KOL activities
- Provide clinical presentations and respond to unsolicited questions (as appropriate) in group and 1:1 settings
- Communicate emerging data and product clinical experience objectively
- Contribute to development of the US Medical Plan; provide local strategy/tactics input
- Manage relevant budget (where needed)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support Key Account Management
- Interact with HCPs to support advisory boards, speaker development, and clinical trials
- Document/forward adverse events and product complaints per policy; adhere to Codes of Practice; act ethically
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PharmD/MD/PhD or equivalent) + 3+ years in hematologic malignancies
- OR license (RN/NP/CNP/PA or equivalent) + masterβs degree + 5+ years in hematologic malignancies
- 2+ years MSL or comparable industry/clinical role
- Willingness to travel ~60%
- Valid driverβs license; live near a major airport
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare environment/external experts; ability to build trust with opinion leaders
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for field-based personnel

Compensation/Benefits (US candidates only, as stated)
- Base pay range: $160,000β$240,000
- Eligible for discretionary annual cash bonus/incentive and discretionary equity grants
