Position: Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Hematology-Myeloid (IL/IN)

Role Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs), appropriate HCPs, and access stakeholders in a defined geography; use 1:1, group, and remote channels.
- Assess the medical landscape; stay current on treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, and scientific activities; understand the competitive landscape.
- Partner with HCPs on disease initiatives, collaborative research, company-sponsored trials, and investigator-sponsored research (ISR) aligned with BMS objectives.
- Attend and provide scientific support at medical congresses and local/regional meetings.
- Collect and communicate medical insights to support strategy development.
- Support clinical trials for patient recruitment/enrollment and discussions on safe/effective use of BMS investigational products.
- Provide feasibility recommendations to clinical development; serve as primary liaison for investigator-initiated research (ISRs).

Required Qualifications:
- PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, NP, or MD with Hematology/Oncology experience and relevant pharmaceutical experience.

Knowledge/Skills (desired):
- Scientific/clinical knowledge; clinical trial design/process; disease area and publications; national healthcare/access environment.
- Excellent English (spoken/written). Prior MSL experience; 3+ years clinical/pharma experience; independent/teamwork; translate data for HCPs; strong communication/presentation; peer-to-peer relationship building; learn new areas quickly.

Essential Qualification:
- Ability to drive a company-provided car; responsible, safe driving history.

Travel:
- Field-based; required to live in territory or within 50 miles; majority time in field.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- US $168,220–$203,837 (field, U.S.); additional incentive/stock may be available. Health, wellbeing, financial protection; paid time off per eligibility.
