About the Role / Territory
- Medical Science Liaison (MSL), field-based, Eastern U.S. territory (ideal residence: New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, or Jersey). Expected travel ~60%.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen scientific reputation and identify clinical opportunities.
- Provide balanced, up-to-date scientific education to HCPs, investigators, payors, and formulary committees.
- Collaborate with investigators and research partners on data generation/communication, including investigator-initiated studies.
- Attend scientific and medical meetings to stay current on therapeutic advancements and competitive landscapes.
- Capture and relay medical insights to internal stakeholders to inform strategy and development.
Qualifications / What Youβll Bring
- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, PA, NP, or BSN).
- 5β10 years of diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or medical experience (preference for solid organ transplantation expertise; cardiology or nephrology experience considered).
- Demonstrated success educating HCPs and communicating clinical data.
- Experience managing large geographies and target accounts with strong planning/organization.
- Proven ability to engage KOLs/HCPs/hospital stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills; experience training/educating peers and medical personnel.
- Active, established network in transplant/HCP community is a plus.
