Medical Science Liaison (MSL) β€” strategic, field-based scientific expert focused on developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with Dermatology KOLs and other HCPs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Dermatology KOLs.
- Map, identify, profile, and prioritize thought leaders aligned with medical strategy.
- Develop and manage assigned geography (entrepreneurial approach).
- Support clinical development: site identification, trial recruitment, milestone completion, and data presentation.
- Attend and report on assigned medical conferences.
- Collaborate with KOLs on medical affairs initiatives (publications, advisory boards, medical education, training, speaker development).
- Serve as scientific resource to external disease experts and internal stakeholders.
- Provide up-to-date medical and product information.
- Gather and communicate HCP insights to inform medical strategy.
- Train internal stakeholders on key scientific/medical topics.
- Maintain appropriate compliant communication and documentation of MSL activities.
- Lead and/or contribute to Medical Affairs workstreams and resource development.
- Support commercial activities where appropriate.

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in scientific/clinical/medical discipline (PharmD, PhD, MSN, DNP, PA-C, MPH, etc.).
- 3+ years MSL experience, including Dermatology MSL experience (Launch/pre-launch, psoriasis, and/or Rheumatology a plus).
- Established networks and active relationships with Dermatology KOLs in territory.
- Understanding of compliance considerations and ability to work compliantly.
- Travel ~50%.

- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal/engagement skills.
- Proactive, flexible, solution-oriented; thrives in ambiguity.
- Strong time management and ability to work independently.
- Startup environment experience a plus.

- Salary range: $195,000–$235,000 USD annually.
