Medical Science Liaison, Cell Therapy (Houston, TX and Louisiana)
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical/scientific advisory to cross-functional partners; support safe/effective use of BMS medicines.
- Conduct medical engagement: peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with thought leaders/HCPs; develop and support medical plans for launch and lifecycle.
- Educate external stakeholders; train external speakers.
- Respond to unsolicited complex HCP questions (in-person and “Medical on Call” virtual coverage).
- Support payers pre-/peri-launch; build relationships with key thought leaders.
- Support clinical trial engagement: advise on study feasibility, liaise with large accounts, lead evidence read-outs, support interventional/non-interventional research and site/recruitment activities.
- Support ISR submission/execution and follow-up; ensure investigators understand and apply pharmacovigilance documents; alert appropriate personnel of adverse events.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- MD, DO, PharmD, DNP, or PhD required.
- Minimum 3 years clinical or research experience in hematology OR 3 years as an MSL in lymphoma or multiple myeloma.
- Current working knowledge of US legal/regulatory/compliance rules for industry-HCP interactions.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally; strong communication/presentation/time management.
Preferred Skills
- Cell therapy experience strongly preferred.
