Medical Science Liaison, Cell Therapy Autoimmune (CTAI)
Responsibilities:
- Identify, establish, and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Serve as primary liaison to investigators for investigator-initiated research
- Develop and execute geography-specific Field Medical and KOL Interaction plans
- Partner with other MSL teams to achieve CTAI objectives with rheumatologists and hematologists
- Support patient education as subject matter expert on BMS pipeline and investigational therapies
- Deliver clinical presentations and respond to unsolicited questions in academic/healthcare settings
- Collaborate with clinical R&D to enhance patient enrollment in BMS-sponsored trials
- Provide scientific support at national/regional/local medical congresses/meetings
- Capture and share timely insights on the cell therapy/autoimmune landscape
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Terminal degree in medical science (PA-C, DNP, Pharm D, M.D., or Ph.D.)
- 3β5 years clinical or research experience in cell therapy or autoimmune disease OR 3β5 years as an MSL in cell therapy/autoimmune landscapes
- Cell therapy or rheumatology experience strongly preferred
- Independent and cross-functional work ability
- Working knowledge of US legal/regulatory/compliance requirements for HCP interactions
- Ability to build and maintain medical community relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management
- Translate scientific/clinical data into value for physicians/patients
