Position: Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Camzyos (Field - PA)
Role Summary
- Identify disease and product-related medical needs in a defined geography.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs) and Healthcare Providers (HCPs) to drive scientific exchange that supports medical education, safe/appropriate use, and research.
- Serve as a medical resource for external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with academic/community research thought leaders, HCPs, and access stakeholders; answer unsolicited scientific, product, and HEOR questions.
- Use multiple interaction channels (1:1, group presentations, remote) and deliver accurate, compliant scientific information.
- Assess the medical landscape and update knowledge on treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, HEOR, and scientific activities.
- Understand competitive landscape; identify collaboration opportunities (disease state initiatives, collaborative research, ISR) aligned to BMS strategy.
- Attend medical congresses/local/regional meetings; collect and communicate medical insights to medical/commercial teams.
- Create field medical/TL interaction plans; contribute to cross-functional institution/account planning.
- Provide internal training and scientific updates; support promotional meetings with scientific/clinical data.
- Support clinical trial activities (interventional/non-interventional), including site feasibility and PV-aligned adverse event awareness.
Position Requirements
- MD/PharmD/PhD/APP/PA/NP with disease area experience or broad medical background and relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Knowledge of disease area/publications, clinical trial design/process, national healthcare/access environment, and HEOR concepts.
- Excellent English (spoken/written).
Experience Desired
- Minimum 2 years in clinical and/or pharmaceutical environment; prior MSL experience.
- Independent, team-oriented; strong communication/presentation; ability to translate scientific/clinical data; peer-to-peer relationship building.
Essential Qualification
- Ability to drive a company-provided car; safe driving/ethics; travel between distant locations.
Travel Requirement
- Travel required; field-based; live in the territory or within 50 miles.

- Field (US): $166,090β$201,262; additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
