- Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy for Early Medical aligned with R&D integration objectives
- Build and lead a high-performing, diverse team
- Create a culture of innovation, thoughtful risk-taking, and continuous improvement
- Develop talent pipelines to ensure access to cutting-edge skills and expertise

Early Asset Shaping
- Drive strategic decision-making for early-stage asset development
- Balance scientific rigor with business objectives in asset evaluation
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to optimize asset development pathways
- Ensure alignment between early asset strategy and overall portfolio objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams across the medical value chain for transformation
- Drive competitive intelligence and establish strategic partnerships with key academic institutions for Clinical Development
- Shape clinical development programs to address US unmet medical needs
- Shape protocols to meet local clinical practice and support faster operational execution and patient-centric strategy

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) in life sciences, medicine, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech with progressive leadership roles in local and global Medical Affairs
- 5+ years of people management experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Previous Clinical Development and/or Medical Studies experience (preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience managing budgets and resource allocation for strategic initiatives
