Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual Medical Affairs plan aligned with scientific goals, corporate strategy, product lifecycle management, and brand planning; provide thought leadership on menβs health disease state, unmet needs, and market opportunities.
- Serve as a key subject matter expert for menβs health and endocrine-related conditions; partner with Clinical Development on trial design, protocol development, and data interpretation; support publication and congress strategies.
- Act as a strategic liaison across Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access, Legal, and R&D; provide medical/scientific input for brand strategy, promotional review committees, and training; support MSLs with scientific direction and educational resources.
- Build relationships with KOLs, investigators, and professional societies; represent the Company at medical congresses and advisory boards; lead or participate in advisory board meetings.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members; foster scientific excellence, collaboration, and patient centricity.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO with post-graduate training (Required)
- Board-eligible/certified Endocrinologist (Preferred)
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare
- Leadership experience in Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Development
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
- Direct menβs health experience (e.g., endocrinology, metabolic disease, hormonal therapy)
- Experience leading product launches and/or lifecycle management
- Prior KOL engagement and advisory board leadership
Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $280,000β$325,000/year; short-term incentive (bonus/performance award) and long-term incentive (RSUs) within first 12 months; comprehensive benefits program and 401(k) matching.
