Medical Affairs
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage an integrated U.S. Medical Plan and annual budget for assigned Dermatology products (MSLs, Medical Education, Medical Communications/Publications, Health Outcomes, Safety, Clinical Research incl. Phase IIIBโ€“IV and ISTs).
- Execute the Medical Plan on time/on budget; communicate plan details and progress to leadership and execution teams.
- Provide data evidence to define strategy aligned to clinical development and commercial objectives.
- Create and execute Medical Engagement Plans; provide medical/scientific expertise to Clinical, Commercial, Market Access, and Regulatory partners.
- Lead cross-functional alignment to support safe/appropriate use of Dermatology products.
- Oversee/approve medical and scientific materials and medical review for independent medical education grants and medical/commercial training.
- Maintain compliance with applicable guidance/laws (e.g., FDA, OIG, DDMAC/OPDP, PhRMA, ICMJE, ISPOR).
- Support and oversee U.S. Phase IIIBโ€“IV clinical studies (protocols, CRFs, reports, SAPs, guidelines, reporting) and IST concepts/protocols.
- Identify collaboration opportunities, post-marketing studies/registries, manage safety signals with Drug Safety, and lead/adapt to Product Alerts.
- Build KOL relationships and lead advisory board discussions; provide disease/product training; stay current with dermatology literature/meetings.

Qualifications:
- Advance degree (PhD, PharmD, PA, NP, or MD with relevant experience).
- Minimum 5 years relevant Medical Affairs experience; strong U.S. medical strategy track record.
- Dermatology and/or Immunology experience strongly preferred; launch and lifecycle management experience preferred.
- Expertise in clinical trial design/execution.
- Strong scientific/clinical judgment, stakeholder management, leadership presence, communication/presentation skills, ethics/integrity, analytical and project management skills, digital literacy.
