Discover Your Role
- Engage Oncology experts and key Oncology customers in the assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to support the launch of a bispecific agent to treat malignancies in multiple myeloma (MM), grow brand share and revenue, and deliver product goals.
- Partner with Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to proactively resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Develop strong working relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate with the Regeneron Oncology account team (e.g., support contracting pull-through).
- Build breadth of relationships within accounts to understand objectives, goals, challenges, and identify approved Regeneron Oncology resources aligned to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding regulations/policies governing customer interactions.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred)
- Bachelorโs degree; Masterโs degree or advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years successful Oncology sales (Hematology Oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in group practices/academic hospitals/key institutions.
- Current account management calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology and the current Oncology marketplace.
- Ability to travel and cover large territory.
