Role Summary:
- Engage HCPs who treat NSCLC/NMSC patients within assigned accounts (academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, community accounts)
- Present clinically focused selling messages to build and grow revenue and consistently deliver product goals
- Lead compliant, integrity-driven account performance following applicable regulations and company promotion policies
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and Key Account Managers to address customer needs

Location/Work Setting:
- Field role; Minneapolis, MN

Responsibilities:
- Engage Oncology Specialists and key experts within assigned accounts and deliver clinical messages to grow brand share and revenue
- Coordinate with collaboration partners (e.g., Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, OKALs, Reimbursement Specialists) to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies
- Develop strong relationships with aligned accounts and specialists
- Execute market profiling to understand local/regional care delivery, influencers, and payer systems
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate actions (e.g., contracting pull-through)
- Build breadth of relationships within accounts to understand objectives, goals, and challenges; align approved resources to customer needs
- Maintain dedication to compliance via understanding regulations/policies governing customer interactions

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; Masterโ€™s degree and/or advanced certifications preferred
- 3+ years successful Oncology sales experience (NSCLC/NMSC preferred)
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required
- 3+ years working with key NSCLC/NMSC thought leaders or high-influence customers in group practices/academic hospitals/key institutions
- Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks
- Strong understanding of NSCLC/NMSC therapeutic area and Oncology marketplace
- Ability to collaborate across reporting structures
- Proactive learning and strong interest in science/disease-state and treatment trends
- Ability to travel and cover a large geography territory
