Responsibilities:
- Engage oncology specialists and other key experts within assigned accounts (NSCLC/NMSC) and deliver clinical messages to grow brand share and revenue.
- Partner with Regional Director, territory Oncology Account Specialists, OKALs, and Reimbursement Specialists to proactively resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Develop strong working relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities within assigned accounts and coordinate with the oncology account team (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Build relationships within each account to understand objectives, goals, and challenges; identify approved Regeneron Oncology resources aligned to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding regulations/policies governing customer interactions and ensuring compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 3 years successful Oncology sales experience (NSCLC and/or NMSC preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with key NSCLC/NMSC thought leaders or high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, and key institutions.
- Current account management experience calling on large oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the NSCLC/NMSC therapeutic area and current oncology marketplace.
- Ability to collaborate across different reporting structures.
- Passion and learning aptitude for science; proactively builds knowledge of disease state, treatment options, and healthcare trends.
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories.
