Rare Neurology Medical Account Specialist (MS) — White Plains (Metro), NY (Field Based)

Responsibilities:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers in assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch product, grow brand share and revenue, and meet product goals.
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow market share.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to address customer needs, market dynamics, and trends; develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with clinicians, physicians, nurses, health care providers, patient advocacy groups, and internal stakeholders (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training & Trade).
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling (regional/local health care delivery, influencers, payer systems).
- Create comprehensive territory/account/customer plans; perform strategic account selling and management.
- Emphasize the “total account call” to ensure all account personnel are educated on commercially available Regeneron products.
- Develop strategy and execute tactics in key accounts to establish, generate, and expand market share.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts (e.g., support contracting pull-through with accounts).
- Gather and integrate account information (business model, metrics, challenges, strategic goals) through internal research.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s or advanced education/certifications a plus.
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales experience with specialty/biologic/REMS products (launch experience preferred).
- 2+ years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations focused on Neurology.
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex, diverse markets with strong integrity and compliance.
- Results-oriented; proven track record with product launches.
- Strong account management with analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and current Neurology marketplace.
