Responsibilities:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and other key Rare Neurology customers within an assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch product, grow brand share and revenue, and consistently meet product goals.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to proactively address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies aligned to brand and corporate objectives.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners (clinics, physicians, nurses, patient advocacy groups, Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training and Trade).
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling to understand regional/local care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Use strategic account selling/management; develop comprehensive territory/account/customer plans.
- Ensure a “total account call” so all account personnel are educated on commercially available Regeneron products.
- Develop and execute tactics in key accounts to establish, generate, and expand market share.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate with the Rare Neurology account team (e.g., support contracting pull-through).
- Gain deep account knowledge via internal research and stakeholder information (business model, metrics, challenges, strategic goals).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree or advanced certifications (preferred).
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales experience and specialty/biologic/REMS products (strongly preferred), including product launch experience (preferred).
- 2+ years working with thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations with Neurology focus.
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity and compliance.
- Results-oriented; strong account management with analytical/problem-solving/planning skills.
- Current experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Neurology therapeutic area and current marketplace.
