Responsibilities:
- Engage rare neurology experts and key customers in an assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share/revenue, and achieve product goals.
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, physicians, nurses, health care providers, and patient advocacy groups; manage the “total account call” to educate all personnel on commercially available products.
- Partner with collaboration stakeholders (e.g., Reimbursement and Access Specialists) to address customer needs, market dynamics, and trends; develop strategies aligned to brand and corporate objectives.
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling (regional/local delivery, influencers, payer systems).
- Create territory/account/customer plans; identify business opportunities and coordinate team efforts (e.g., contracting pull-through).

Qualifications/Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications/Preferred:
- Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications.
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales; specialty/biologic/REMS products strongly preferred (launch experience preferred).
- 2+ years experience working with thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations (Neurology concentration).
- Proven, consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity/compliance; results-oriented with product launch success.
- Strong account management, analytical/problem-solving/planning skills; current experience calling on large neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.

Salary range (annually): $158,950–$220,000.

Location: St. Louis (Metro), MO (Field based).
