Responsibilities:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers within an assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share and revenue, and meet product goals.
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow market share; establish and expand market share in key accounts within the Rare Neurology therapeutic area.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access specialists and other stakeholders to address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies aligned to brand and corporate objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, physicians, nurses, healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and internal stakeholders (e.g., Reimbursement and Access, Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training and Trade).
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling (regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, payer systems).
- Use strategic account selling/management skills to develop comprehensive territory/account/customer plans.
- Support the “total account call” to ensure all account personnel are educated on commercially available Regeneron products.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate with the Rare Neurology account team (e.g., support contracting pull-through).
- Gather and integrate account information (business model, metrics, challenges, strategic goals).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s degree/advanced education/certifications a plus.
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales and specialty/biologic/REMS experience strongly preferred (launch experience preferred).
- 2+ years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations with a Neurology focus.
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments; strong integrity and compliance.
- Results-oriented; demonstrated success with product launches.
- Strong account management, analytical/problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Current experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and current Neurology marketplace.
