Discover Your Role
- Engage rare neurology experts and key customers within an assigned geography and deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch product, grow brand share and revenue, and achieve product goals.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to proactively address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders (clinics, physicians, nurses, patient advocacy groups, Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training and Trade).
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling to understand regional/local care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Apply deep knowledge of applicable customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
- Use strategic account selling/management skills to develop comprehensive territory/account/customer plans.
- Execute the “total account call” so all personnel in the account are educated on commercially available products.
- Develop and execute tactics in key accounts to establish, generate, and expand market share.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts (e.g., support contracting pull-through).
- Gain deep account knowledge via internal research and stakeholder input (business model, metrics, challenges, strategic goals).

This Role Requires
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); Master’s degree or advanced education/certifications (plus).
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales experience and specialty/biologic/REMS products (strongly preferred), including launch experience (preferred).
- 2+ years working with thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations with a Neurology focus.
- Proven, integrity-driven sales success in complex markets with diverse customer segments.
- Results orientation; proven success with product launches.
- Strong account management with analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Current experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and current marketplace.
