Responsibilities:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and other key Rare Neurology customers within an assigned geography; deliver clinically focused selling messages to launch products, grow brand share and revenue, and achieve product goals.
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow market share.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clinics, physicians, nurses, health care providers, patient advocacy support groups, internal stakeholders (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training and Trade), and collaboration teammates.
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling (regional/local delivery, influencers, payer systems).
- Apply strategic account selling and management; develop comprehensive territory/account/customer plans.
- Emphasize the “total account call” to ensure all account personnel are educated on commercially available Regeneron products.
- Develop and execute tactics in key accounts to establish, generate, and expand market share.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate effort (e.g., contracting pull-through with accounts).
- Gain deep account knowledge via internal research and information gathering (business model, metrics, challenges, strategic goals).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s degree or advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years successful Neurology sales; specialty/biologic/REMS experience strongly preferred; launch experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations (Neurology focus).
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex, diverse markets with integrity and compliance.
- Results-oriented; proven product launch success.
- Strong account management and analytical/problem-solving/planning skills.
- Experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and current marketplace.
