The Rare Neurology Medical Account Specialist (MS) is a field-based role supporting Neurology specialists and key stakeholders across an assigned geography by delivering clinically focused messaging to drive revenue, launch products, grow brand share, and achieve product goals.

Responsibilities:
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and customers within assigned geography; deliver selling messages to launch products and achieve product goals.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to address customer needs, market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with clinicians, nurses, physicians, healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and internal partners (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Marketing, National Accounts, Training and Trade).
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling to understand care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Use strategic account selling/management; develop comprehensive territory/account/customer plans.
- Emphasize the “total account call” so all account personnel are educated on commercially available Regeneron products.
- Develop and execute tactics in key accounts to establish/generate/expand market share.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate with the Rare Neurology account team (e.g., contracting pull-through support).
- Gain deep account knowledge using internal research and stakeholder input (business model, metrics, challenges, goals).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree or advanced certifications (preferred).
- 5+ years successful Neurology sales experience (strongly preferred); specialty/biologic/REMS products; launch experience preferred.
- 2+ years experience working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care (Neurology focus).
- Proven sales success in complex markets with integrity and compliance.
- Results-oriented; strong product launch track record.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving/planning and account management skills.
- Current experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or IDNs.
- Strong understanding of Neurology therapeutic area and marketplace.
